Selina Cuenca has a fine terrace with river views and a cozy library vibe. The kitchen access is a huge plus for making late-night snacks. Just be ready for some loud music on weekends, it's a bit of a party!

We stayed at the large room with a TV, fantastic views and a good view. The location was ideal and exceptionally nice, relatively near a 16th-century cathedral.

The bathroom was dirty.

The location of the hotel was unbeatable and stunning - within a close distance from a large cathedral. Liked the way our big standard room like on photos was. It had affable and excellant stuff.

Didn't like the staff, some of them were very rude.

The shared bathroom was cleaned once during my 3 nights, but the common areas were nice.

I had a family queen room and it was extremely spacious and quiet with a view and balcony. The atmosphere created was family. Location: the hotel was just off the center and the mall, other great local shops and restaurants around Huayana-Capac and Sucre and the greatest bars and restaurants.

The cozy design of the hotel instantly caught my eye. Its central location made it easy to explore Cuenca's charm, with the old town just a short walk away. I particularly loved the terrace views by the river, perfect for sipping coffee in the morning. The shared kitchen was great for making our own meals. The noise level on weekends was a real issue. The bar next door turned the nights into a party scene. Check-in could have been smoother. I struggled to get specific recommendations and felt a bit brushed off by the staff. I expected more amenities in the room, like toiletries and proper soundproofing. I really enjoyed the vibe of the place, but they need to address the noise problem and improve staff training.

Consider using the outdoor terrace for enjoying your morning coffee while planning your day in Cuenca, as it's a lovely spot for relaxation.

Absolutely loved the breakfast spread at Selina Cuenca, especially the local fish dishes that are fresh and delicious! The common areas, especially the awesome terrace, offer fine river views. The cozy vibes make it easy to relax after exploring nearby gastronomic gems like Goza Espresso Bar and Yakumama.

The Friday night noise from the club downstairs really tested my patience. It was like a party next door! Plus, wearing that bright wristband. It's a bit much when a simple keycard would do the trick.

The common areas are awesome, especially the terrace with fine views of the river. Plus, there's a 24-hour kitchen available, perfect for making meals. The staff were super accommodating, letting me store my big backpack even after check-out. Breakfast was included and had plenty of choices!

This place could be decent, but the staff is utterly incompetent. Asked the receptionist for help numerous times-nothing done! The room wasn't what i expected, and there was a loud club nearby ruining my peace. I mean, a complimentary upgrade woudl ve been a nice touch, but i guess that's too much to ask. Just couldn't give a good review.

The accommodation is beautifully decorated and clean. The terrace offers fine views by the river. I was grateful for the helpful staff who kindly accommodated my late check-out request.

Noise levels at night could wake the dead!!! The common bathroom situation was subpar, cleaned only once in four days and far too few facilities for the number of rooms!!! And those thick, ugly carpets? Just gross!!!
